* Send us your inquiry for a long-term rental from 1 to 12 months and we will provide you with our price offer within 24 hours!
* The rent includes transportation to and from the start station of the lift (with working facilities) according to the schedule, use of sauna, steam bath, outdoor hot tub (38 ), relaxation area, children’s corner, Wi-Fi, parking, cleaning once a week and a change of underwear.
*Utilities (electricity and water) are not included in the rent and are paid monthly.
* MANDATORY DEPOSIT in the amount of one month’s rent.
* MANDATORY second deposit upon accommodation of a pet in the amount of one month’s rent.
* Rents and deposits are prepaid upon signing the contract.

Mandatory surcharges for New Year’s dinner in the hotel restaurant:
- For an adult – 300,00BGN / 153,39€
- For children from 2 to 11.99 years. – 150,00BGN / 76,69€
- For children under 2 years old. – for free
Extras and discounts:
- -5% discount for stays from 3 to 6 nights including in low, intermediate and high season.
- Extras "7=6" (with a minimum stay of 7 nights, 1 of the nights is free) for all seasons. Their derivatives are also valid. If a reservation is made in two or more seasons, the cheaper night is charged as free.
- Extras and 5% discount for stays of 3 to 6 nights are not combinable.
Minimum stays:
- In the New Year season, a minimum stay of 3 nights is mandatory, and for a two-bedroom apartment - 5 nights
- A minimum stay of 2 nights is required on Fridays and Saturdays in low, mid and high season.
Accommodation:
- In the case of single occupancy, the amount for the entire room is paid.
- Studio 45 sq.m – 2 regular beds + 1 extra / 2 adults + 1 child/
- Deluxe studio 55 sq.m – 2 regular beds + 1 extra / 2 adults + 1 child/
